SBA 7a, "Sub-prime", hard to place commercial funding. Conventional, and additional commercial financing needs.

Excess of 30 years in Consumer/Residential/Commercial finance. Emphasis on origination & loan analysis for funding viability.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
On hands approach. We place clients Direct with the funders--no Daisy Chains. All clients are prescreened for project viability & if project has merit, 48 hours to establish conference calls with the interested funders. No upfront fees until client is satisfied with potential end-funders.

Primary in Atlanta Metro.
